Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
- Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and maintain deal models and investment committee materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
- Proven project management skills with a focus on financial analysis
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple moving pieces effectively
