Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live M&A deals from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
