Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRMs and document management
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive stakeholder alignment in fast-paced environments
