Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
