Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, including stakeholder alignment and diligence tracking
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and synthesizing findings
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuations and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong skills in financial modeling and project management
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
