Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinate functional teams, and synthesize findings while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
