Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management for multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data rooms and document management
• Proven project management skills with a focus on execution and stakeholder alignment
• Analytical skills with a strong foundation in financial modeling and diligence synthesis
