Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings
• Conduct financial analysis and maintain deal models to support valuation and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven project management skills with a focus on financial analysis and diligence synthesis
• Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
