Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
