Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, including due diligence and stakeholder alignment
• Lead financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, while maintaining deal models and investment committee materials
• Coordinate transaction documentation and closing processes, ensuring alignment across all parties and managing integration planning post-close

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
