Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management and diligence tracking
• Lead due diligence efforts and coordinate functional teams while synthesizing findings and escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and maintain deal models to support valuation and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Transaction Advisory
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and document management
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with a strong focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
