Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts and coordinate functional teams to synthesize findings
• Perform financial analysis and maintain deal models to support valuation and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
