Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting, supporting valuation and deal economics, while managing data room and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and document management
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments
