Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong financial modeling and project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
