Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts and synthesize findings while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and support transaction documentation and closing coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities
