Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management from LOI through close, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists and coordinating functional teams while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
• Proven project management and financial skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize diligence findings
