Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts and synthesize findings while coordinating with functional teams
• Conduct financial analysis and support transaction documentation and closing coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven project management skills with an execution-oriented mindset
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
