Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by managing checklists, coordinating functional teams, and escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Proven analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
