Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong skills in financial modeling and project management
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
