Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and maintain deal models to support valuation and purchase price mechanics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Analytical with strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills
