Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in data room management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
