Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams, managing checklists, and escalating risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with experience in CRMs and data room management
• Proven project management skills with a focus on financial analysis and execution
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
