Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with familiarity in CRMs and data room management
• Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on financial analysis
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple moving pieces effectively
