Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Support financial analysis and underwriting, including developing deal models and managing transaction documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, along with comfort in using CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
