Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with long-term financial modeling and support M&A and investment processes
• Partner with integration teams to execute post-close integration plans and track value delivery
• Prepare materials and recommendations for executive leadership and investment committees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
• Experience managing complex diligence processes and legal documentation
• Prior project management experience with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
