Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management and stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
• Support financial analysis, transaction documentation, closing coordination, and post-close integration planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven financial modeling and project management skills
• Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
