Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts, including managing checklists and coordinating functional teams
• Perform financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management and financial analysis capabilities
• Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling skills
