Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts and synthesize findings while escalating risks
• Perform financial analysis and maintain deal models to support valuation and key deal economics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management skills with a focus on financial analysis
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple stakeholders
