Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A) to manage M&A deal execution and support financial analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Support financial analysis and underwriting, including valuation, deal models, and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
• Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
