Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management and stakeholder alignment
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
- Conduct financial analysis and maintain deal models to support valuation and investment committee materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with CRMs and document management systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
