Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Associate (M&A).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage M&A deal execution and project management from LOI through close, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting, develop deal models, and manage transaction documentation and closing coordination


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and project management
  • Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
