Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time, overseeing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting, developing deal models and maintaining documentation for investment committee materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Proven project management skills with a focus on financial analysis and execution
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively
