Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in a remote or in-person capacity, responsible for M&A deal execution, project management, and financial analysis from LOI through close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
  • Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
  • Support financial analysis and underwriting, including valuation, deal modeling, and transaction documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
  • Proven project management skills with a focus on financial analysis and execution
  • Analytical skills with an ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
