Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time, managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
  • Support financial analysis and transaction documentation, ensuring timely delivery of critical items and alignment across agreements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, with comfort in using CRMs and data rooms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and push stakeholders to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset and a passion for modernizing the construction industry
