Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time, managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, managing checklists and coordinating functional teams
• Conduct financial analysis to support valuation and deal economics, while managing data room and transaction documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling abilities
