Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals
• Lead diligence efforts and manage confirmatory diligence checklists
• Support financial analysis and maintain deal models for valuation and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Analytical skills with strong financial modeling capabilities
