Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time, leading M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Lead diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and escalating risks as necessary
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Experience in project management and financial modeling
• Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset
