Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in a remote or in-person capacity, managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment
  • Lead diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Support financial analysis and underwriting, including the development of deal models and investment committee materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related roles
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with an execution-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset
