Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in a remote and in-person capacity, leading M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
  • Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks
  • Support financial analysis and transaction documentation, including managing data rooms and coordinating closing processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
  • Execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities
