Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals
• Lead due diligence efforts and coordinate functional diligence teams
• Support financial analysis and underwriting for valuation and deal economics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Analytical with strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills
