Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in a remote or in-person capacity, overseeing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking diligence
  • Lead due diligence efforts by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
  • Support financial analysis and transaction documentation, ensuring alignment across all closing deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with project management and deal execution processes
  • Comfort with CRMs, data rooms, and document management systems
