Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time, focusing on M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, including building checklists and coordinating functional diligence
• Support financial analysis and underwriting for valuations and deal economics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Demonstrated project management and financial skillsets
• Analytical skills with strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis capabilities
