Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time, leading M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence by coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Support financial analysis and underwriting for valuation, purchase price mechanics, and deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven project management skills with an execution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
