Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate is a full-time exempt position responsible for M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals
• Lead diligence efforts and synthesize findings while escalating risks
• Support financial analysis, transaction documentation, and closing coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
