Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals
• Lead due diligence efforts and synthesize findings while escalating risks
• Support financial analysis and transaction documentation coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and self-directed with an ownership mindset
