Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in a hybrid capacity, managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live M&A deals
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings
• Support financial analysis and transaction documentation, ensuring alignment across all deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Analytical skills with a focus on financial modeling and diligence synthesis
