Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in a remote or in-person capacity, responsible for managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment
• Lead diligence efforts, manage checklists, and synthesize findings while escalating risks
• Support financial analysis and underwriting for valuations and develop deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
