Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Support financial analysis and underwriting for valuation and deal economics, while managing data room and transaction documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data rooms
• Execution-oriented with strong project management capabilities
