Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time to manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, financial analysis, and integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings to escalate risks
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and develop deal models

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs and data room management
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Execution-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
