Corporate Development Associate

Job Summary

Corporate Development Associate will work full-time in Columbia, MO, managing M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence, financial analysis, and post-close integration planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, ensuring stakeholder alignment from LOI through close
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating functional teams and synthesizing findings while escalating risks as needed
• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support deal valuation and maintain deal models and investment committee materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with CRMs and data room management
• Proven project management and financial skillsets
• Analytical skills with strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis capabilities
